Another local roofing company failed to isolate and properly fix the root of a water leak when they installed our new roof in 2021. Acme quickly diagnosed the problem, proposed a detailed solution which they reviewed with me and my husband, and sent two very able crew members, Andrew and Hunter, to correct the problem. They ended up taking siding and shingles off and installed the necessary ice and water shield and proper step flashing that the other roofer had neglected to do. The entire team (initial estimator, team supervisor and crew members) were professional throughout the whole process and made us feel that we were in good, capable hands. Andrew and Hunter were knowledgeable, communicative, efficient and extremely pleasant to have on site.
