Your Michigan Decking Experts

Durability & Style: Our Decking Products Stand the Test of Time

There is nothing like a Michigan summer! Providing low-maintenance decking options for busy homeowners. We want our Michiganders to use their spare time to enjoy making memories at home.

Repair First Mentality

Repair or Replace

Keep it simple for yourself and let us help guide you to.

It is important to have a professional deck contractor assess the damage to determine the most appropriate course of action. They can provide an estimate for the cost of repairs and a recommendation on whether it is more cost-effective to repair or replace the deck.

Decking Options

Creating a beautiful, low-maintenance space to relax, grill, and entertain sets the stage for Michigan summers filled with priceless memories.

While we may not be able to help with grilling and entertaining (though we do love to grill), we can build a stunning natural wood deck for you.

Our preferred product is TimberTech. We offer the industry's best warranties and have the expertise to build a solid, long-lasting, and beautiful deck.

Decking repair or replace

There are several factors to consider when deciding whether to repair or replace your deck:

Age of the deck: If your deck is more than 10-15 years old and showing signs of wear, it may be more cost-effective to replace it rather than continuing to make repairs.

Extent of the damage: If the damage is limited to a small area of the deck, it is usually more cost-effective to repair it. However, if the damage is widespread or the deck is severely degraded, it may be more cost-effective to replace it.

Type of decking material: Some types of decking materials, such as wood or composite, are easier and less expensive to repair than others, such as brick or stone.

Cost of repairs: In some cases, the cost of repairs may be nearly as much as the cost of a new deck. In this case, it may make more sense to invest in a new deck rather than continuing to pay for repairs.
